Permanent role, 4 days in office near Oxford Circus/Regent Street station, London

As a Portfolio Reporting Analyst/Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the management of the firms' model portfolio service (MPS) and technology teams. You will collaborate with teams across the business and establish relationships with external stakeholders to support and lead projects.

The role will be varied day to day, and you will be part of a small team which is at the centre of the business. With a broad role leading to interactions with teams across the organisation daily.

Key responsibilities

Model Portfolio Service Management

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of MPS solutions across investment platforms
  • Model Rebalancing
  • Model construction
  • Linking model(s) to clients
  • Managing the internal relationship with both multi-asset investment team and retail sales team
  • Onboarding funds and portfolios to platforms
  • Maintaining platform model dataset
  • Asset Under Management reporting on a monthly basis, reported to the senior leadership team
  • Managing relationships with each of the Investment Platforms company operate with
  • Managing internal relationships with regard to models and model rebalances

Data Reporting

• Responsible for portfolio reporting of all multi-asset portfolios
  • 3rd party reporting to providers such as Dynamic Planner and Defaqto
  • Client based reporting on a temporal basis
  • Internal reporting on a temporal and ad hoc basis

Project Work

• Support and lead the development of automated solutions to everyday business problems
• Contribute to bigger picture technology development within the business by working with key stakeholders to identify areas where improvements can be made

Ideal candidate

• High level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of Python an advantage
• Experience in Financial Services
