Description:

The client are looking for a Tech Lead within the Insurance industry who has worked with development teams working on Python and React. Ideal cloud environment experience will be Azure but open to people who are focused more on AWS or GCP. Leadership and stakeholder management experience is crucial for this role.

You will take on a multifaceted role, encompassing not only the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions but also expanding into mentorship, design and architecture, involvement in CI/CD practices as well as hosting considerations. Drawing from your extensive experience with multiple programming languages, and software development methodologies, you will lead by example, guiding and mentoring less experienced team members to foster their growth and development. Additionally, you will contribute to the design decisions of our software products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Your expertise will extend to the championing of secure software development practices throughout the SDLC.

There will be a 10% discretionary bonus and good benefits included.
