Enterprise Risk Management Lead - Financial Markets - London - £110,000 - £120,000 (FTC)

Enterprise Risk Management Lead required. My client, a leading financial market infrastructure business, is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to oversee a small team of 3 risk specialists. As ERM Lead you will report into the Head of ERM and Operational Risk. This ERM Lead role will be based in the City, offering a salary between £110,000 - £120,000 (depending on experience), a discretionary target bonus as well as other benefits, including hybrid working. This is initially a 12 month FTC

As Enterprise Risk Management Lead you will lead the day to day BAU function and be responsible for administering and facilitating the Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will work closely with the client facing businesses, compliance and support functions and Risk management senior leadership and their teams to implement and improve the Enterprise Risk Management framework.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in an enterprise or operational risk management role
• Strong understanding or ERM frameworks
• Team management experience
