Project: The Skok lab is looking for wet lab postdocs to work on analysing the impact of (i) cancer associated mutant architectural proteins and (ii) treatment resistance on chromosome architecture and gene regulation. Candidates should have a background of chromatin biology and preferentially experience in chromosome conformation capture (3C), CRISPR, as well as NGS techniques (ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq).
