NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst - Swift to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US) .

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SWIFTAlliance Access family of products (SAA, AWP, SAG, Web Access); application functionality and configuration (routing, security profiles, message partners, processing, monitoring), use of line commands, scripts (ksh, Perl and awk), etc.
  • Linux/RHEL experience - medium to advanced user level
  • SWIFT FIN messaging (MT/MX), FIN Copy, PKI certificates and RMA concepts. Good understanding of overall SWIFT products, messaging services and solutions is an asset.
  • Knowledge of IBM MQ concepts. Nice to have: Application Server (JBOSS, Tomcat, Weblogic).
  • Practical experience in integrating FIN traffic flows to and from back-office applications, mainly via MQ.
  • Proven background in proactive identification of problems and participating as a SME resource for troubleshooting and support escalation (L2/L3)
  • Abilityto analyze log files and collaborate with vendors in analysis until resolution.
  • Familiar with BCP and Disaster Recovery scenarios and planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to map business requirements into required functional and technical components; experience in business analysis and solution design.
  • Ability to support multiple projects, provide updates, and setup review meetings with business stakeholders and project team.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, must be accurate and precise.

Education: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of business users, other IT staff and vendors as needed.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project coordination in an IT environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology project cycle and testing; creation of FSDs, technical documents, test scripts, test plans, test execution, implementation and verification plans, and overall project documentation.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
  • Good problem analysis skills.
  • Experience in a similar role at a large financial institution.
  • Customer orientation and commitment to deliver.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years working with SWIFT Alliance Access family of products

5+ years gathering and documenting business requirements
